1. Agreement

By installing or using the game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game. This agreement is between you and us, not Apple or Google (see section 14).

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the game or its content, or use bots or tools that give an unfair advantage in matches.

3. Your profile

The game stores your progress (cards, decks, currencies, history) on your device. If you delete the game or its data without a backup, progress may be lost; we cannot restore data we do not hold. Account, backup, deletion and transfer: added when a cloud save exists

4. Virtual items and currencies

Silver and Amber are in-game currencies. They are licensed to you, not sold as property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to other players. Amber can be bought with real money through the store; Silver is earned in play and may also be bought with Amber. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy. Currency you have bought does not expire.

5. What a purchase gives

Before you buy a chest, pack or bundle, the game shows what it contains. What is shown is what you receive. Cards you receive have no cash value.

Chest contents. Chests you buy in the shop show exactly which cards and how many you will get before you pay. Chests you earn by winning are random; the chance for each rarity is shown on the chest.

6. Banner Pass

The Banner Pass gives access to a season's rewards for the stated period. One-off purchase or subscription: if a subscription, price, period, renewal and how to cancel are stated before purchase

7. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is delivered at once, you lose this right if you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right once delivery has begun. When you buy through the App Store or Google Play, the store's checkout presents this consent and the store handles refunds under its own rules; contact the store for a refund. Currency you have already spent is regarded as delivered and used.

8. Player names and conduct

You choose a player name. It must not be offensive, impersonate others or contain personal data. We may change or remove a name and may restrict access for cheating or abuse.

9. Changes to the game

The game is in development. We may change, rebalance or remove cards, prices, rewards and features, also those you already own, when needed to keep the game working well. We will not remove bought currency without compensation.

10. Termination

You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (4, 11, 12, 13) survive termination.

11. Warranty and liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent the law allows. This does not limit rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the right to a conforming digital product and remedies under the Danish and EU rules on digital content. We are not liable for indirect loss, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

12. Intellectual property

The game, its art, sounds and music are ours or used under licence. Some art, figures, sounds and music were made with the help of AI tools and then directed, selected and finished by us. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of them.

13. Governing law and disputes

Danish law applies. As a consumer in the EU/EEA you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may go to your local courts. Complaints: support@bannersofasgard.com.

14. Apple and Google

If you got the game from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content, for maintenance and support, for any warranty (to the extent it is not disclaimed), for claims about the game (product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection) and for intellectual property claims. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. You represent that you are not in a country under a US embargo or on a US list of prohibited parties. Third-party terms of agreement apply when you use other services with the game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, once you accept it, may enforce it against you. Google Play has comparable terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; when the change matters (new purchases, accounts, online features) we tell you in the game before it applies and ask you to accept it again.
